With over 500 posts in the last 16 months, I was told it would be good for me to have a bit of a wrap up, put up a top 10 of some kind, and reassure readers that 2008 would only improve on 2007.

2007 has no doubt been an active one.  Between product recalls, VAT reductions, Joint venture implosions, and  tit-for-tat trade spates, there was little time to sit idle in the China blogosphere.

For 2007, here are the top 10 posts of the year (as per reader visits)

  1. iPhone: Made In Shenzhen, Assembled by Foxconn
  2. Call Your Accountant QUICK! VAT is going DOWN
  3. Why Vietnam is Not the Next China. Logistics
  4. Is China Export-Led?
  5. China Freezes Lending
  6. Brits Get Rich in China
  7. There Is a Sucker Born Every Minute
  8. Mont Blanc Splashes Some Cash In Shanghai
  9. 1300 Annecdotes Make it a Trend. Clean Up or Close Up
  10. Would 6RMB/ USD Be A Good Thing?: Part 1Part 2

The most commented story was the recent post There Is a Sucker Born Every Minute

So with the first full calendar year of All Roads coming to an end, All I can say is stay tuned. What 2007 started with, 2008 will expand upon.. and should even 10% of what I have planned make its way onto All Roads, I hope that all you readers will only see more benefit.

Thanks again for an exciting 12 months, and I look forward to continuing the journey in 2008.

Hope all is well and happy new year everyone!
