With so much going on in China, and only a limited amount of bandwidth, I have created this weekly post to highlight articles that I feel are (1) important, (2) relevant, and (3) interesting.

This week there are 3 articles that I have chosen to highlight as each are quite interesting, they are all relevant, and there are issues within each that I think you the reader should be aware of.

If you have an article that you feel needs to be mentioned, please do so in the comments section. We all have different areas of interest and bandwidth, so I hope you will take some time and post those articles!

Ut-oh! Is China starting to blame the US for its currency losses?
the US believes China’s RMB is unfairly value in the favor of China’s exporters, and now China is blaming the US administrations handling of the falling USD for what many believe are significant currency losses in China. Are we going to see an economic policy tit-for-tat that follows the “Made in China” volley of last year?

Take our jobs and take our training; need anything else?
With a bit of sarcasim, the author of this article addresses some very interesting issues. Losing one’s job, or watching friend lose their, is the stuff of dreams for people who are looking to attack China.. and many scream that China is being unfair. Where this article is different is that he asks readers to look beyond the RMB and “trade barriers” to see why their former jobs have moved, and what they need to do then.
