Need An Invitation for A Chinese F Visa? Get it on Alibaba

I just love how some are able to see an opportunity to profit (h/t Soni who emailed this link to me earlier this morning).

The Yantai Longharmony Business Development company is now advertising on Alibaba that they can get you the documents you needto get the multiple entry F Visa:

Note: While I can appreciate the humor of this situation, I should remind you that there is a clear procedure for getting F visas… and it doesn’t involve the group above.

I wonder how long this stays up before the guys at Ali Baba remove it.

Just checked their website it looks like these guys are acting a visa agent. Not sure if their marketing methods are entirely legal though.

no surprise can get all kinds of official documents (degrees/ID cards/driving license etc) in china very easily and the phone numbers to these businesses are plastered on walls all over the country.

I am completing my own F visa renewal right now and can report that my MNC employer has had to establish a considated processing point in Shanghai for all this new paperwork — complete with our own email forms. Echoing my earlier post, this alibaba listing is filling the ‘guanxi’ niche for the ‘guanxi-less’ traveler.
