Welcome back from holiday everyone. Hope you and your families enjoyed the last few days off regardless of whether you were celebrating the Christmas holiday or just simply enjoying the time away from work.

With the New Year holiday running from Jan 1-3, I will not kick off any large discussions over the next couple of days, but there are a few issues that I will highlight as they are somewhat pressing.
